Our staff is organized and cultivated by our Director, Ms. Linda. Through her attention to detail, genuine delight in building relationships with families, being with children and mentoring staff, Ms. Linda keeps the center running day in and day out.
Ms. Kim, Assistant Director, serves our families with care and assists in overseeing day to day operations. Ms. Holly, Curriculum Director, ensures that Imagination station has the most up-to-date curriculum, activities and that all classrooms and teachers have all they need.
Our staff is carefully selected to blend with our philosophy and vision for our children, parents and programs. To be honest, we're pretty picky! Each classroom is staffed with lead teachers, assistant teachers plus designated cuddlers (as needed)! - Our Lead Teachers all are fully experienced, knowledgeable, caring and sensitive to the needs of children and hold appropriate credentials.
- All staff members are required to be certified in infant and child CPR along with First Aid.
- We also conduct a full health appraisal, FIA and criminal background checks on all prospective staff members.
